When looking for restaurants on the banks of the Moselle in Cochem, you will find an above-average number who specialize in schnitzel and the like. The winter garden was a notable exception, and the menu even had an appealing selection for vegetarians. So we made a reservation for dinner ... Long story short - we were very happy! A table in the second row, but still with a beautiful view of the Moselle, friendly service, courteous service. A good selection of dishes of all directions on the menu, everyone should find something there. We stayed with 'open' wines (from the region) and were very satisfied with it, the dishes served were very tasty, good portions, everyone in our group was very satisfied. We'd love to go back here - full marks from us!

Relatively expensive, but worth every penny! Risieges offer and still excellent cuisine. Excellent service, nice ambience, great view of the Moselle, etc. Highly recommended if you want to go out in style.

I didn't have to wait long for my meal. It tasted great and the Noss has one more fan.

Friendly welcome. Furnishing pleasant. Atmosphere generally with a feel-good factor. Service quick, nice and attentive. Food cooked to the point and well seasoned. Prices absolutely according to the service. Are satisfied with the restaurant and recommend it to others.

Deliciously served food at a great price. Satisfaction with these portions, not an issue. The service is very friendly and very courteous. I will go again at the next opportunity and recommend it to everyone!

Not the first and certainly not the last time in the conservatory restaurant and we can say that the quality is really always consistently good. Everything from food to service is just right here.

One of us got served chicken that was still raw on the inside!!! The waitresses were very Nice but the cook Did not even apologize. In the end we even had to pay the full check.

We were frankly shocked by the poor reviews of most other restaurants on the Moselle promenade. The reviews were really bad, especially regarding the food. One especially because of the waiter. Therefore, despite the higher prices, we decided on the Noss. The ambience is not as quaint, cozy as in other restaurants. Therefore, I would personally remove a star. But, a matter of taste ... The selection of dishes is not as large as at some other restaurants, but that's often what makes the good ? I had a big burger and my wife had the pork medallions with fried potatoes (€ 18 each). Both tasted really good. The portion of pork medallion would probably have been a bit too small for me, but my wife was completely satisfied ? What should be emphasized above all: we were treated very friendly! The waiter in particular was super nice and always very attentive. We never had to wait long for someone to come over. The food came quickly, which was probably also due to the fact that there was no rush hour at the time ? We can only recommend the Noss if you want to have a nice meal with a view of the Moselle and if you can get a seat at the window.
